This is an Airsoft Disclaimer, and all our Airsoft guns and pistols are sold with a blaze orange tip. Removing the orange tip is illegal and will void your warranty.

In accordance with United States federal law, every Airsoft gun must have a bright orange tip at the end of its barrel. Airsoft guns are classified as look-alike firearms and are required to bear this distinctive blaze orange marking. Additionally, all real gun trademarks must be removed to comply with regulations.

It's important to note that state and local authorities may have their own specific rules and regulations regarding the transportation of airsoft and paintball guns. To ensure compliance with their guidelines, please contact the authorities in the state you intend to enter.

AIRSOFT GUN SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA

For shipping Airsoft guns to California, it's crucial to adhere to SB199 regulations. This law applies to BB devices that are airsoft guns capable of expelling 6mm or 8mm caliber projectiles and mandates the following:

  1. If the airsoft gun is configured as a handgun, it must feature a blaze orange ring on the barrel as required by federal law. Additionally, the airsoft gun must have a trigger guard with fluorescent coloration covering the entire guard, and a two-centimeter-wide adhesive band with fluorescent coloring must encircle the protruding pistol grip.
  2. If the airsoft gun is configured as a rifle or long gun, it must also bear the federal blaze orange ring on the barrel. Furthermore, the airsoft gun must have a trigger guard with fluorescent coloration over the entire guard, and a two-centimeter-wide adhesive band with fluorescent coloring must encircle any two of the following:
    1. The protruding pistol grip.
    2. The buttstock.
  • A protruding ammunition magazine or clip.

LEGALITY OF AIRSOFT PRODUCTS

Different countries have varying laws and requirements concerning Airsoft guns, including specifications on maximum and minimum muzzle velocities, trademarks, and coloration. Some countries may even demand licenses for the importation of Airsoft guns.
